Campaigns generate multiple replies that start conversations with your potential customers. During the communication process your agents have the details from data list in front of them and decide how to use it. Depending on the outcome of the conversation can decide which of the provided tools to use – weather to mark the deal as closed, open it again or blacklist and manually add the other party to a suppression list.
Some campaigns require active communication with dedicated team. When creating a new campaign, you can choose which of your agents will be responsible for the further communication and reassign the conversations when needed. Each of the agents works in an individual account with a certain level of access and can see only what he or she needs.
